Overview

The RN Clinical Analysis Coordinator partners with teams across Community Health System to evaluate select and improve clinical productsequipmentand technologies.This role supports evidence-based decision-making product standardization and technology adoption to ensure safe effective and efficient care delivery.The ideal candidate brings inpatientand proceduralexperience along with anunderstanding of reimbursement valueanalysisand supply chain processes to support informed system-wide decisions.

Responsibilities

In this role you will lead evaluations of clinical productsequipmentandnew technologiesto support safe and effective patient care.Youllcoordinate product trials and implementations partnering withmultidisciplinary teams and vendorsto ensure a smooth process. Through analysis of product usagecostand outcome datayoullidentifyopportunities for standardization costsavingsand improved efficiency.Youllevaluate patient safety and clinical efficacy for substitute products for back orders recalls etc.You will also support committees and decision-making groups by sharing insights guiding productreviewsand driving improvements in how products and technologies are used across the system.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing(BSN) required
  • 3 years direct patient care experience required
  • 3 years leadershiporproject management experiencepreferred
  • Surgical experience preferred

Licenses and Certifications

  • RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California
