RN Circulator Operating Room- Full Time

JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse- OR

This position is 8 hour shifts no call no weekends occasional OT.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The delivery of patient care through the framework of the nursing process (assessment diagnosis and patient outcome) in the preoperative interoperative and postoperative phase of the surgical patient.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Registered Nurse License
• Current American Heart Assn. BLS ACLS & PALS certifications
• Minimum one year in the OR. Ability to circulate is required scrub a plus.
• Multispecialty experience preferred (ENT Urology GYN Plastics Ortho Ophthalmology & GI experience preferred).
