Job Summary

$5000 Sign-On Bonus

Pay: $43$46 per hour
Schedule: MondayFriday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Location: Schertz TX Area
Employment: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager to coordinate patient care treatment plans medical records authorizations appointments and return-to-work services.

Requirements

ADN or BSN from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program
At least one year of RN Case Manager experience
Active unrestricted RN license from any state
Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
One recognized case management certification such as CCM CDMS CRRN COHN COHN-S ACCC CRC RN-NCM or CMC
Current Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
Ability to pass a government background investigation
