Job Details

Weekly Hours: 32-40

Salary Range: $38.00-$53.20

*It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case and on several factors including relevant work experience education certification & licensure and internal equity. Hourly pay is just one part of the compensation package for employees.

Job Summary:

TheRegistered Nurse (RN) Care Coordinator is responsible for the clinical coordinator supervision and direct oversight of resident care in the Assisted Living department. This role ensures compliance with state regulations supervises unlicensed staff and maintains high-quality care standards. The RN Care Coordinator is also available for on-call coverage to respond to resident needs and emergencies.

Qualifications:

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the Minnesota State Board of Nursing.

Bachelors degree in nursing preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in elder care long-term care or public health preferred.

Working knowledge of state Assisted Living licensing requirements preferred.

Excellent judgment decision-making and problems solving skills.

Ability to supervise staff and work independently.

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Must be able to work weekends/holidays and participate in on-call rotations.
