Registered Nurse PRN (nights) 8:00 PM 8:30 AM

Empath Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Care Center this PRN role youll provide skilled nursing care to patients with life-limiting or complex illnesses supporting families and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. This position is PRN Day Shift (8:00 AM 8:30 PM) with flexible scheduling.

• Provide skilled nursing care assessments and individualized care plans for patients

• Administer monitor and document medications and treatments following best practice guidelines

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team physicians and families to coordinate care and evaluate patient progress

• Apply palliative care and end-of-life principles with compassion and professionalism

• Supervise and support LPNs and Home Health Aides as needed

• Promote patient safety and adhere to infection control and Care Center policies

• Active Florida RN license and CPR certification (American Red Cross or AHA)

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; experience with terminally ill chronically ill or acute/post-acute care preferred

• Valid Florida drivers license and reliable transportation

• Strong clinical assessment critical thinking and care coordination skills

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting standing walking and bending

• Flexibility to work at alternate facilities as needed
