In this vital role you will be at the forefront of cardiac care monitoring and managing patients with complex heart conditions. As a telemetry RN youll interpret ECGs detect arrhythmias respond to emergencies and provide step-down level care to a diverse adult population.

36-Bed Cardiac Specialty Unit

Day Shift Ratio: 45 patients/RN

Night Shift Ratio: 56 patients/RN
-
1 Tech per Hall
-
Diverse patient mix: Chest pain stroke COPD post-ops GI accelerated rhythms drips
-
Step-down from PCU Level II Trauma Center
-
Supportive leadership with career development & internal growth pathways
-
Provide therapeutic and administrative nursing services per hospital policies
-
Monitor telemetry and act on arrhythmias or acute patient status changes
-
Deliver age-appropriate care (16 to geriatric populations)
-
Support a patient-centered model of care with safety and compassion
-
Participate in continuous improvement and team education
-
1 year of recent acute care RN experience
-
Diploma ADN or BSN in Nursing
-
Current RN license (MO or Compact)
-
BLS required upon hire
-
ACLS required within 12 months of hire
-
Mid-Range Pay: $32.00 $43.00/hr (Based on YOE)

Night Shift Differential: $3.00/hr
-
Weekend Differential: $2.00/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $12000 (with 2-Year Commitment)
