Pay: $32.00 $43.00/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $12000 with 2-year commitment
Shift Differentials:

• $3.00/hr Nights
• $2.00/hr Weekends

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking RN Cardiac Telemetry Services for an exciting Travel or Local job in Independence Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide therapeutic and administrative patient care services
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
• Care for adult and geriatric patients requiring telemetry and step-down monitoring
• Develop advanced knowledge in cardiac monitoring psychosocial and therapeutic care and step-down patient management
• Identify risks hazards and support patient safety initiatives
• Support patients under age 16 until stabilized for transfer when necessary
• Monitor and analyze cardiac rhythms
• Recognize arrhythmias and acute changes
• Respond effectively during emergencies
• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma ADN or BSN)
• Current Missouri RN License OR Compact State RN License
• BLS Certification required upon hire
• ACLS Certification required within 1 year of hire
