The RN Clinic Coordinator plays a vital role in an interdisciplinary team supporting services in behavioral health and working closely with the HOPE Clinic to address opioid addiction care. Responsibilities include direct patient care through assessments education refill management care coordination and administering medications or vaccinations as well as performing various medical procedures. Challenges include maintaining meticulous records and adapting to diverse patient needs across different care scenarios. Collaborative efforts with clinicians LPNs and CMAs are crucial to delivering integrated patient care and effective communication within the team. The role demands a flexible approach to schedules including regular follow-ups with patients and coordination of care plans with physicians ensuring comprehensive service delivery.

• American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Bachelors degree in nursing
• Minnesota RN license

• Prior clinic nursing experience in behavior health

The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience as an RN. Please be sure to include all applicable experience in your application.
