Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Ambulatory (Vascular Surgery Clinic) Contract
Location: Syracuse NY
Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Hours: 42.5 Hours Per Week
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory vascular surgery clinic.
Perform nursing assessments and patient evaluations.
Triage patient concerns and coordinate appropriate care.
Assist providers with procedures and patient management.
Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Preferred:
Ambulatory clinic experience.
Vascular surgery experience.
Triage experience.
EPIC EMR experience.
Level I Trauma Center experience.
Requirements:
Active New York State RN License.
Current BLS Certification.
Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care nursing experience within the past 2 years.
Strong assessment and clinical nursing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
