Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

As a member of the interdisciplinary team contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients and their families. Maintains a practice environment that reflects the ANA Code for Nurses Philosophy of Nursing at UnityPoint Health with in the structure of the Professional Nurse Practice Model and in collaboration with other care givers. Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery is a 39 single room department that provides care to premature and critically ill infants from birth to discharge. A Family-Centered Care approach is implemented in the delivery of care. Patient population includes premature infants and infants up to 28 days of age.
