RMC Area Manager

• Lead day-to-day operations across assigned ready-mix concrete locations to ensure safe efficient and reliable performance.
• Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage and develop teams by setting clear expectations coaching performance and supporting growth.
• Partner with sales dispatch and plant leadership to deliver excellent customer service and operational results.
• Monitor operational metrics and budgets identifying opportunities to improve cost quality and productivity.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence outcomes in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong understanding of safety quality and compliance principles with a commitment to operational excellence.
• Proven capability to plan prioritize and execute across multiple locations or workgroups.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Sound judgment problem-solving ability and a continuous improvement mindset.

This role operates in a combination of office plant and field environments. The Area Manager regularly visits ready-mix concrete plants and job sites works around moving equipment and partners closely with frontline teams. Appropriate personal protective equipment is required in operational areas.

• Competitive base salary $77180 to $102900 and participation in our annual incentive plan
