RMA / Production Operations Lead

Northwest Austin

Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor RMA technicians to ensure consistent performance and development

  • Assign daily tasks and prioritize urgent return orders

  • Monitor team productivity and performance metrics

  • Manage the full RMA process from receipt through completion

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for RMA-related inquiries across Sales Customer Operations and Support teams

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and complete all required training

  • Track and report key RMA metrics such as volume turnaround time defect trends and root causes

  • Analyze repair data and share insights with Engineering and Supply Chain Planning teams

  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and assist with quoting as needed

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Electronics Engineering Supply Chain or a related field (preferred)

  • 25 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • Electronics manufacturing repair or testing

    • RMA / returns processing or failure analysis

  • Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) preferably aligned with ISO 9001 (preferred)
