Compensation: $80000to $100000 annually
Overview
We are looking for a leader in Risk Management with a proven record in developing and leading Risk Management programs.
Competitive compensation which includes bonuses outlined by the property commission structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the companys enterprise risk management program across a multi-family housing portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational financial legal safety and compliance risks.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify prioritize and address organizational risks.
- Oversee insurance programs claims management and litigation support to minimize financial exposure.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations including Fair Housing OSHA and company policies.
- Lead risk assessments related to resident safety property operations vendor management cybersecurity and business continuity.
- Analyze claims incidents and operational trends to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain policies procedures and risk management programs that support safe and compliant operations.
- Collaborate with regional and onsite teams to promote a culture of safety accountability and risk awareness.
- Oversee incident response crisis management and loss prevention initiatives across the portfolio.
- Develop and deliver risk management and compliance training programs for corporate and onsite associates.
- Monitor key risk metrics and provide regular reporting and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Lead and develop a team of risk management professionals ensuring consistent execution of risk programs across all communities.
- Support acquisitions new developments and major capital projects through risk assessments and due diligence reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Risk Management Business Administration Criminal Justice Safety Management Insurance Property Management or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in risk management claims administration insurance safety compliance property management or a related field.
- Experience in multifamily housing real estate hospitality insurance or a highly regulated operational environment preferred.
- Strong investigative analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations OSHA standards insurance claims processes and risk management principles preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to various levels of leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities conduct site visits and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
