Risk Analyst

VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks within the organization

- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks

- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and potential risks

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures

- Conduct investigations and root cause analysis of incidents and accidents

- Develop and maintain risk management plans and reports

- Stay informed of industry regulations and best practices related to risk management

- Provide training and education to staff on risk management practices

- Communicate with insurance providers and manage claims process

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and minimize risks

- Assist in developing emergency preparedness plans and protocols

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in risk management business or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management preferably in a healthcare setting

- Knowledge of risk assessment and management techniques

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
