Position Summary

The Classroom Facilitator & School Operations Coordinator serves as the day-to-day leader of Rising Warriors Academy supporting students in a blended learning environment that combines Virtual Arkansas instruction with personalized in-person academic support Christian character development occupational skills experiences and daily school operations.

Working closely with the CEO and COO of Ambassadors for Christ Youth Ministries this position provides academic coaching facilitates hands-on learning manages daily school operations builds positive relationships with students and families and helps create a safe engaging and Christ-centered learning environment for students in grades 512.

Primary Responsibilities



Learning Facilitation & Student Success

  • Facilitate daily in-person learning for students in grades 512 while supporting instruction delivered through the Virtual Arkansas platform.
  • Monitor student attendance engagement assignment completion and academic progress.
  • Provide individualized academic coaching encouragement and intervention to help students succeed.
  • Deliver supplemental instruction enrichment activities and project-based learning in areas aligned with your education and expertise.
  • Integrate the academys four foundational pillars into daily learning experiences:
    • Christian Values and Character Development
    • Food and Nutrition Education
    • Occupational Skills Training
    • Academic Excellence
  • Foster a structured positive and student-centered learning environment.

School Operations

  • Oversee the daily operation of the academy during the school day.
  • Coordinate daily schedules classroom routines student supervision and transitions.
  • Maintain attendance records student files and required academic documentation.
  • Ensure classrooms and learning spaces remain organized safe and conducive to learning.
  • Coordinate school events field experiences guest speakers occupational skills instructors and volunteers.
  • Assist with school compliance reporting requirements and implementation of academy policies and procedures.
  • Monitor classroom supply needs and communicate operational needs to leadership.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the CEO and COO to implement the academys mission vision and strategic goals.
  • Support the development of a positive Christ-centered school culture.
  • Coordinate with Virtual Arkansas teachers to support student success.
  • Build strong relationships with students families volunteers and community partners.
  • Participate in staff meetings professional development and school improvement initiatives.
  • Represent Rising Warriors Academy professionally during school events and parent meetings.

Family Engagement

  • Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress attendance and behavior.
  • Conduct parent conferences and family meetings as needed.
  • Foster positive partnerships between the academy and families.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Education or a related field required.
  • Arkansas teaching license preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with students in grades 512 preferred.
  • Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage daily school operations while supporting student success.
  • Passion for Christian education personalized learning and innovative educational models.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while exercising sound independent judgment.

Employment Details

  • Full-time position for the school year.
  • Reports directly to the COO and CEO of Ambassadors for Christ Youth Ministries.
  • Serves students in grades 512.
  • Works collaboratively with Virtual Arkansas teachers occupational skills instructors volunteers and community partners.
