The compensation range for this position is between $32.00- $35.00

SUMMARY:

This role researches secures and processes easements quit claims for transmission and distribution rights-of-ways. Researches land ownership and existing easement rights for property. Facilitates acquisition and/or prepares and secures permits from government agencies and railroads. The incumbent must obtain and maintain a Notary Public seal for the States in which services are rendered.

1-3Year(s) Experience in obtaining property rights and easements from landowners and governmental agencies

CERTIFICATIONSLICENSESREGISTRATIONS:

Public Notary is required. Real Estate license preferred.

Employees new to the position will be required to gain full working knowledge of the systems and processes used in the full performance of the job which may include attending seminars on the job with other incumbents to the role or corporate workshops.
