Job Description:

We are seeking a CMOS RFIC Design this impactful role you will be part of Broadcom wireless connectivity radio team to design develop and productize RF building blocks in CMOS processes. Candidate will provide technical leadership in all phase of the product development including product definition architecture system transistor-level circuit design layout/layout supervision lab debug and production support.

Job requirements:

1-Strong experience in design and development of RF building blocks in CMOS technologies.

2-Strong circuit simulation skills utilizing Cadence Design Environment

3-Strong problem solving and lab debugging skills. Hands on experience in RF tuning and using RF instruments

4-Ability to work with cross function teams including test engineers product engineers system engineers modeling engineers and application engineers.

5-Experience/Education Requirements: Masters degree and 6 years of related experience or PhD and 3 years of experience
