Revit Modeler

As a Revit Modeler you will be responsible for developing maintaining and coordinating detailed Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit models for architectural structural mechanical electrical and construction projects. You will collaborate with engineers architects designers and project teams to produce accurate 3D models construction documentation and project deliverables. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy leveraging technology to improve design accuracy project coordination and construction efficiency.

1. Develop and maintain accurate Revit models and BIM documentation for project deliverables.
2. Create construction drawings layouts schedules and detailed design documentation.
3. Coordinate models with architects engineers contractors and project stakeholders.
4. Perform quality control reviews to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards.
5. Update models based on design revisions field changes and project requirements.
6. Support BIM coordination efforts and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

1. Associates or Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management Drafting or a related field.
2. 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in an architectural engineering or construction environment.
3. Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
4. Experience creating construction documents drawings and 3D models.
5. Strong attention to detail and understanding of design and construction principles.
6. Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
