Job Summary

Provide clerical administrative andcustomer-supportassistanceto the collectionsand retentionteamsto help manage past-due accounts cancellationrequestsmaintainaccuraterecords and support recovery and customer-retention efforts.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support toretentionrevenue staff and management.
  • Perform data entry and updates in excel and Salesforce.
  • Prepare routine reports on account activity and outstanding balances
  • Assistwith special projects as needed
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers

Competencies &KPIs

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Excelrequired
  • VLOOKUPs SUMS Filters Pivot Tables etc.
  • Proficiencyin typingrequired
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
  • Highly professional in dealing with confidential matters materials and information.

SkillsPhysicalDemands & Work Environment

  • Must be able tolift upto sit or stand for periods throughout thework day.
  • Work is performedin an officesetting
  • Available to accommodate varying schedule needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Licenses Certifications &Educational Requirements

  • AllSafeStreetsemployees must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Education required GED/HS
  • Previousoffice or administrative experienceof at least 2 years preferred

Compensation

SafeStreetscompensation may include base pay and for eligible roles variablecompensationor andbonus compensation is not guaranteed and is governed by applicable plan terms. All compensation is paid in compliance with federal state and local wage laws including applicable minimum wage and overtime is defined asXXXXXand will be sharedin a separate compensation plan.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and anyadditionalsecurity clearances or licensesrequiredfor the role including applicable state licensing requirements.
