- Conduct training for physicians on proper coding and billing for multi-specialty services.
- Provide coaching education and appropriate feedback to staff.
- Review documentation to ensure providers are coding at the correct level.
- Assist staff with questions regarding multi-specialty coding and billing.
- Support revenue cycle process including A/R and denial management.
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings training or company events
- 3 Years of multi-specialty coding experience.
- 1 Year of lead experience
- Associates Degree
- CPC CCS and other coding certifications
