Job Title: Revenue Cycle Supervisor Payment Posting and AR

Location: Hospital in Costa Mesa CA (100% Onsite)

Hourly Rate: $45-$ 50/hr depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Supervisor to lead our Payment Posting and Accounts Receivable (AR) team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle management with a focus on payment posting AR and overall operations management. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage a team optimize processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle.
• Oversee workflows and processes continuously seeking improvements in the revenue cycle to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage complex and difficult issues within the revenue cycle developing and implementing action plans to resolve obstacles that may impact the overall revenue cycle.
• Oversee the recruitment hiring training development and retention of staff within the revenue cycle team.

• Required Education:
  • Associates Degree preferably in Healthcare Administration OR
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in provider-based billing in healthcare.
• Preferred Education:
  • Bachelors Degree in Health Administration with 5 years of supervisory experience with an emphasis on physician revenue cycle.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing payment posting and AR functions.
  • Experience supervising a revenue cycle team.
• Certifications & Licensure:
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent.
