Summary:
The Revenue Cycle Analyst I with a high degree of autonomy will organize and coordinate denial data collection and analysis in order to ensure departmental effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
1. Supports the daily operations of the department including working effectively with multiple levels of staff to strategically problem solve educate and support the needs of the department.
2. Runs and saves reports daily/weekly/monthly and sources them to the level II analyst for complex statistical reporting and modeling.
3. Ability to utilize assigned Excel VBA macros and templates to complete allocated job tasks.

analyze departmental workflows identifying opportunities present findings and recommendations for new business strategies or operational processes and measure outcomes monitoring baseline improvements. Process

Education Skills Experience:
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 3 years job related experience.
- Knowledge of common medical terminology and insurance plan concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Must be able to work independently problem solve manage stress and prioritize work
