Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Exhibit outstanding customer service.
• Maintain tailgate sites and respond to any inquiries relating to the tailgate guests needs such as catering TV issues etc.
• Assist Management with game day-specific needs.
• Ensure each tent area and equipment is correctly set up and in proper working order upon guests arrival and throughout the game.
• Management of assigned bellhops in your tailgate location.
• Responsible for the cleanup of your tailgate location including removal of tent signs trash and all welcome tent items prior to tents being broken down after the game.

Qualifications

• Team oriented mindset (must be a team player).
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and peers.
• Willingness to work outside and in varying weather conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Duration

• Able to work every Auburn home football game.
• Position is part-time 10-20 hours/week.

Compensation

Rate: $16/hour

Physical requirements

• The applicant must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time. The applicant must be comfortable lifting objects over their head and must be comfortable lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
