Retail Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our retail team as a supervisor. As a key member of our management team the Retail Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store delivering an exceptional guest experience (ART!) and driving sales performance. This position requires a candidate with strong leadership skills a passion for retail excellence and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Lead by example and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding guest service
• Conduct pre-shifts to communicate goals updates and performance expectations
• Ensure a consistently high level of guest service that demonstrates ART! (AREA15s service standards)
• Train and guide team members on daily operational tasks and standards
• Collaborate with team to maintain visual brand standards ensuring displays and product placements reflect AREA15s brand image and provide a best-in-class shopping experience
• Encourage open communication channels for work-related discussions and constructive feedback
• Foster an environment where team members uphold a high level of integrity confidentiality and respect
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate product availability and timely replenishment
• Work closely with leadership team to align operational strategies with overall company goals
• Provide regular updates on team performance sales trends and customer feedback
• Always exhibit the best brand representation by adhering to promoting the prescribed dress code and grooming standards
• Ensure that team members are aware of and consistently adhere to the brands dress code reflecting the premium image of the outlet
• Onboard and train new team members
• Adhere to department and company policies and procedures
• Drive accountability while maintaining a collaborative creative and fast-paced team environment
• Respond to time sensitive matters.
• Adhere to department and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional polished appearance in line with AREA15 standards.
• Work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
