Flint Townshipstore located at 4340A Miller Rd Flint MI.

$17.00 an hourplus20% discount on in-store purchases

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise and train store staff.
• Open and close the store according to policy and as directed.
• Assist with procedures related to the cash registers returns and cash handling.
• Deliver good customer service.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Appropriately handle customer concerns/complaints.
• Stock and return merchandise per company directive.
• Ensure that all merchandise is displayed appropriately.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the store directing staff as needed.

Think youve got what it takes

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Do you have 1year of customer serviceexperience
• Ability to use cash register and and follow Goodwill policy and procedures
• Ability to work full time; all shift availability and extra shifts as necessary
• Can you lift and carry35 pounds with or without help
• Can youreach bend or stoop
• Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day
• Do you have a valid Michigan Drivers License
• Ability to push pull and operate a pallet jack.
• Must have telephone access.
• Can you problem solve quickly and efficiently
• Are youpleasant cheerful and professional
