Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and overall performance
- Hire train schedule and manage team members and shift leads
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues
- Promotes a culture of innovation by inviting input from staff
- Manage inventory ordering and vendor coordination
- Inform owner of any discrepancies
- Operate clean and maintain frozen yogurt machines
- Monitor sales cash handling and loss prevention
- Enforce food safety sanitation and health code standards
- Open and close the store as needed
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming store
- Responsible for creating schedules
Requirements
- Previous food industry experience required
- Management experience in food or retail required
- Strong leadership organization and communication skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends on - call
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable responsible and detail-oriented
