Retail Store Coordinator Logistics PT

JOB SUMMARY:This position is responsible for assisting the Assistant Managers and Store Manager in the daily operations at the Green Bay Packers Pro Shop Store. This is a part-time position working 30-34 hours per week. Job Responsibilities:Supervises all store part time daily operations including opening and closing procedures as well as Manager on Duty and maintains a high level of customer and facilitates working relationships with the Pro Shop staff including distribution center call center buyers and duties amongst all store part time compliance with all safety health and cleanliness requirements as they pertain to the store. Assists in the planning and execution of various team/organizational events. This includes availability to work all home games and Lambeau Field events nights weekends and Holidays as responsibility for all related work as duties as Responsibilities:Help oversee supply chain management for game day related with Assistant Management Team to set up game day selling locations and lead the part-time staff to maintain them throughout the profitability of game day selling locations by analyzing sales data and making necessary closely with Distribution Center to order and coordinate deliveries of new replenishment deliveries from the Distribution what merchandise needs to be placed on the sales update and manage stock room inventory locations for products in the Retail Store Manager with all tasks restock duties by prepping merchandise from the stock room for the sales inventory transfers between selling stock room for yearly inventory QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 3 years supervisory reliable and works independently and efficiently to meet have strong interpersonal communication skills and be willing to work with the the characteristics of an energetic knowledge of computer applications and common office equipment.A general knowledge of football and the Green Bay Packers.
