Location: Peabody MA

Pay Rate: $18.03/hour

Shifts Available:

Part-Time Officer

1. Friday evening 3P-11P Saturday evening 3P-11P Sunday split 11A-7P or 3P-11P
2. 16-29 hours per week (or more) ability to pick up additional hours as available.
3. Rate: $18.03 an hour

1. Saturday - Wednesday Evenings
2. 40 hours per week
3. Rate: $18.03 an hour

1. Sunday Mid Monday-Thursday Evenings
2. 32-40 hours per week
3. Rate: $18.03 an hour

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous security law enforcement military retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license (if required by site).
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required state security licenses and certifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent observation conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with security technology including CCTV access control and report-writing software.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a large retail property.
• Ability to climb stairs and patrol multiple levels of the facility.
• Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Capable of responding quickly during emergency situations.

Work Environment:

• Large indoor/outdoor retail shopping center.
• Fast-paced environment with heavy pedestrian traffic.
• May include evenings weekends holidays and overnight shifts.
• Frequent interaction with the public retail tenants contractors and emergency responders.
