Apple is seeking a Retail Security Business Partner Manager with a background in retail security operations managing multiple markets with concurrent programs projects and ongoing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience excellent writing skills and the ability to foster and maintain good relationships with key partners and employees at all levels. This candidate will lead a retail AOR directly supporting specific retail locations while playing a key role in leading a group of Retail Security Business Partners as well as other professionals.

Effectively lead a group of retail security business partners and possibly other security professionals by investing in leadership development within the team to foster professional high-level oversight and accountability of the team within your AOR and assist with security incidents crisis response investigations and event a proactive approach to protecting our people and preventing losses through training and awareness throughout AOR. nBuild and foster relationships with key internal and external partners such as Apple People and Employee Relations EHS Places law enforcement government agencies and store and market needs to ensure security programs safety elements and investigative resources are being properly for managing security staffing and budgets within assigned AOR.n
