Key Responsibilities
Qualifications Age: 21 years of age or older. Preference(s) Preference may be given to current employees of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services. Active Listening & Speaking: Ability to give full attention to customers and team members ask thoughtful questions and convey information clearly and professionally. Critical Thinking: Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to daily challenges. Product Knowledge & Promotion: Ability to learn our product inventory conduct casual product demonstrations or recommendations and utilize basic sales techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience. Physical Requirements.
Physical: Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Schedule: Able to work a flexible schedule including various shifts Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Background: Able to pass a criminal background check.
Communication: The ability to speak clearly and understand spoken information effectively.
Customer Service: Able to provide excellent customer service by assessing customer needs and meeting high quality standards.
Persuasion & Negotiation: Skilled at influencing positive outcomes guiding conversations and helping to reconcile differences or objections.
Interpersonal Awareness: Strong ability to understand customer reactions maintain situational awareness and respond with tact and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Problem Sensitivity: A proactive mindset with the ability to quickly recognize when something is wrongor likely to go wrongand address it early.
Service Orientation: A helpful positive attitude with a strong focus on actively looking for ways to assist customers and support the team.
Customer Service Excellence: Dedicated to assessing customer needs ensuring high standards of service quality and proactively handling customer feedback to ensure a positive visit.
Work requires physical exertion. May require the ability to stand; walk over rough surfaces; bend crouch stoop stretch reach lift moderately heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) in a recurring manner and/or for long periods of time.
