What Youll Do

Every day is different! Youll have the opportunity to:

• Welcome every guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Learn about each customers skincare goals and recommend products that fit their needs.
• Create exceptional customer experiences that keep guests coming back.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through relationship-building and product expertise.
• Educate customers on ingredients benefits and proper product usage.
• Help maintain a beautiful organized and fully stocked store.
• Assist with merchandising inventory and daily store operations.
• Stay current on new products promotions and product knowledge.

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Must successfully pass a background screening.
• Be 18 years of age
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly outgoing personality with confidence speaking to customers.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable dependable and team-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays. (our busiest time)

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in retail sales customer service or the beauty industry.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Passion for skincare beauty wellness or natural products.
• Experience using retail point-of-sale systems and handling cash.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
