• 3 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong communication coaching and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends holidays and flexible schedules as needed.
• Knowledge of outdoor furniture grills and outdoor living products is a plus
