Retail Sales Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences while helping guests discover skincare products that meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Consult with customers to understand their skincare concerns and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through effective product knowledge and consultative selling.
• Build customer loyalty by developing genuine relationships and delivering personalized service.
• Educate customers on product benefits ingredients and proper usage.
• Maintain an organized clean and visually appealing sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising inventory management restocking and store presentation.
• Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures as needed.

• Must be able to pass a background screening.

Preferred

• At least one year of retail sales customer service or beauty industry experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Interest in skincare beauty wellness or clean-living products.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale systems and cash handling.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
