What Youll Do
As a Retail Sales Associate youll play an important role in delivering a positive experience for every customer who visits our store. No two days are exactly alike and youll stay engaged with a variety of responsibilities throughout your shift.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and providing friendly service
- Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately
- Assisting customers with questions and purchases
- Stocking shelves and replenishing merchandise
- Preparing fresh coffee and maintaining beverage stations
- Performing routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks
- Supporting overall store operations as needed
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people working in a fast-paced setting and taking pride in keeping a store clean organized and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable trustworthy and professional
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to stand walk and remain active throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
