The Role - What Youll Do

As a Wellness Membership Advisor youre the heart of the front desk welcoming clients managing scheduling and check-ins and guiding new visitors into our Elements Wellness Program through a proven relationship-focused sales process. Youll handle daily operations so our therapists can focus on what they do best all while keeping the studio running smoothly cleanly and on-brand. Prior retail sales or spa/hospitality customer service experience is preferred but not required well train the right person.

Compensation & Benefits What We Offer

Competitive hourly pay ($18.00 - $21.00 based on experience) monthly performance bonuses based on conversion targets and commission on Wellness Program sales. Full-time employees receive medical insurance plus every team member enjoys a complimentary monthly massage.
