What Youll Do

• You will partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at an inventory event capturing part numbers serial numbers NDCS and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations
• Leads by example and demonstrates the core values of Spirit Pride Integrity Results Innovation and Teamwork at all times

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending kneeling squatting and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What Were Looking For

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation

• Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification as required
• Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards including but not limited to screening requirements PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Material Job Duties

• Achieves established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked
• Communicates information clearly and accurately verbally and in written form in a positive manner that yields cooperation
• Works one-on-one with Pharmacy professionals at the event
• Completes pharmacy training modules in the Learning Center as required
• Creates partnerships and instills trust and confidence in ones abilitiesbased upon demonstrated expertise
• Takes initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness
• Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products pharmacy personnel and WIS Supervisors work closely with the Rx Inventory Associates to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assists with events in healthcare and retail settings as needed

Retail stocking merchandising warehouse customer service cashier delivery driver gamer athlete coaches and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
