Job Summary
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting technology deployments and initiatives across Apple Retail locations globally. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Retail engineering logistics and warehouse teams and external service providers to plan and execute projects successfully. The role requires strong ownership organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Manage and coordinate projects from planning through execution and completion ensuring alignment with established scope schedule and project the introduction of new products technologies and solutions into the retail activities across multiple distributed with cross-functional teams including Retail engineering operations logistics/warehouse teams and professional services maintain and oversee project schedules milestones dependencies and deployment activities including scheduling equipment and material readiness logistics onsite support and remote technical project risks issues and dependencies and work with appropriate stakeholders to drive project meetings with internal teams vendors and other stakeholders to review status priorities risks and outstanding project deliverables and drive closure of open items to maintain alignment with project goals and project and deployment plans as business requirements or priorities change and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders in a timely regular project status updates including progress risks issues dependencies and upcoming project documentation and ensure relevant information is communicated effectively across project continuous improvement of project management processes tools and ways of working.
Foundational understanding of networking concepts (e.g. LAN/WAN Wi-Fi switching routing IP addressing VLANs) sufficient to engage credibly with network engineering experience managing project schedules deliverables risks dependencies and stakeholder working with cross-functional teams in different regions coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and collaborating effectively with internal teams external partners and organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
Experience managing or coordinating network infrastructure build-outs cabling rack-and-stack or low-voltage construction activities in retail commercial or enterprise coordinating vendors logistics equipment deployments or onsite implementation problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and project date for applications is October 11 2026.
