Retail Manager | Chase Field

As the RankRally Retail Operations Manager you will assist the Director of Retail in executing The Difference in regards to allretail operations human resources and will implement procedural standards and expectations for the on-site retail operation as well as customer experience. The Retail Operations Manager will report directly to Director of Retail to meet and exceed sales goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Director of Retail Store Manager & HR in the recruiting training and development of retail team that exemplify best-in-class customer experience
• Knowledge and ability to execute Rank and Rally Core Signatures
• Strong experience in professional development and management of retail sales teams and the ability to shape customer experience through expert understanding of product in relationto excellence inexecution: service visual merchandising building asales & service focused for enforcing store policies and procedures.
• Excellent leadership organizational presentation communication and customer serviceskills with a high attention to detail and demonstrated creativity/resourcefulness in problem-solving
• Facilitate the Customer Service Training & Loss Prevention Training programs with all associatesprioritizing consistency in messaging.
• Oversee the Physical Inventory process quarterly counts and weekly cycle counts the planning taking and reconciliation of the physical inventory.
• Maintain the integrity of the inventory and cash accountability by ensuring proper supervision and compliance with all internal controls.
• Thoroughly and accurately uses applicable RR/Levy systems (POS systemWFM scheduling and more) and executes required daily reporting in a timely manner.
• Oversee the receiving and distribution of merchandise. Ensure that the inventory will be received ticketed and distributed to all locations and properly entered into the POS/Inventory Management system.
• Develop and implement min/max levels with Director of Retail based on the sales history by location.
• Direct team to plan and execute off-site events and festivals.
• Ensures that all security safety and sanitation standards are achieved.
• Adequately schedules team members to meet operational needs and desired targets within the labor budget.
• Holdsteam accountable to daily responsibilities to deliver great guest service.
• Promotes a cooperative work climate maximizing productivity and morale.
• Displays a positive attitude towards team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in multi-unit retail leadership preferably within sports entertainment or dynamic destination retail environments.
• Proven success managing store operations and excellent customer service.
• Experience with retail technologies including Retail Pro Retail Cloud Shopify WFM and analytics platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable leading in a fast-paced event-driven environment with flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands

• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking standing ascending/descending stairs 8-10 hours daily across retail and event spaces.
• Stamina to work 60 hours or more per week as needed.
• Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates
• Ability to lift push pull and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to bend stoop and kneel as required by operations.
