As a Key Holder youll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience achieving store targets and keeping the store looking its best.

As a Key Holder youll support the leadership team in running a successful store. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily store operations

• Delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect jewellery

• Supporting the team to achieve sales and store targets

• Helping create a positive motivating and inclusive team environment

• Maintaining a clean organised and visually appealing store

• Supporting stock replenishment and product presentation

• Taking responsibility for the store when required

• Leading by example and helping the team deliver on Lovisas customer-first approach

Youll be a great fit if you:

• Have previous retail or hospitality experience

• Have strong communication and customer service skills
