What Youll Do

• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations
• Leads by example and demonstrates the core values of Spirit Pride Integrity Results Innovation and Teamwork at all times

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending kneeling squatting and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What Were Looking For

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Retail stocking merchandising warehouse customer service cashier delivery driver gamer athlete coaches and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

No degree required. Veterans career changers and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.

Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid drivers license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
