We are seeking a high-energy and engaging Retail Sales Associate to join the Wild Muse team at AREA15. This role involves creating an unforgettable shopping experience greeting and interacting with every guest the moment they enter the store. Showcasing Wild Muses vibrant collection of festival fashion rave wear branded merchandise beauty products and accessories. The ideal candidate is energetic outgoing trendy and passionate about connecting with people all while driving sales and consistently meeting weekly sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Engage and interact with guests the moment they enter the store selling merchandise that is unique to wild muse.
• Demonstrate products to capture customer interest and drive sales.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products promotions and AREA15 brand standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
• Upsell and cross-sell to meet or exceed sales goals while creating fun memorable experiences for guests.
• Be familiar with each and every product available in wild muse.
• Create a moment that is an extension to the AREA15 overall experience.
• Style guests tastefully and make product recommendations.
• Be familiar with music festivals in Nevada and neighboring states to make product recommendations.
• Be familiar with fashion trends and make suggestions tastefully.
• Must be familiar with AREA15 event calendar for repeat business.
• Assist in setting up and organizing product displays ensuring the retail space is visually appealing and well-stocked.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and sales techniques.
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Accurately complete each cashless sales transaction.
• Collaborate with the team to create a fun and energetic work environment.
• Maintain a tastefully styled look that is on-brand and complements AREA15s offerings.
• Exhibit ART! (AREA15s service standards) at all times.
• Adhere to department and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to AREA15 standards.
• Work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
