Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to support our retail marketing and promotional activities. This position works directly with customers while representing products and services in an engaging professional environment.
The Retail Associate will assist with customer interactions product presentations promotional initiatives and daily retail activities. The ideal candidate is personable dependable and comfortable communicating with customers while working as part of an energetic team.
- Engage with customers and provide information about featured products and services.
- Represent brands during retail promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Assist customers with questions and provide accurate product information.
- Communicate current promotions product features and available services.
- Support the setup and organization of promotional displays and materials.
- Help maintain an organized and professional retail environment.
- Create positive customer interactions that support brand awareness and engagement.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members.
- Assist with scheduled retail events and promotional activities.
- Maintain familiarity with current products services and campaign information.
- Coordinate with team members to support daily campaign objectives.
- Complete additional customer service and retail-related responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required Associates degree or coursework in Business Marketing Communications Retail Management or a related field preferred 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail customer service hospitality events merchandising brand programs or another customer-facing environment preferred Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Friendly professional and approachable demeanor Comfortable communicating directly with customers Ability to learn and accurately explain product and service information Strong listening and customer assistance skills Good organization and attention to detail Ability to maintain professional product and display presentation Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in active customer-facing environments Ability to adapt to different products programs and scheduled activities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Availability for scheduled retail programs including occasional evenings or weekends when required
