- Help customers find products that fit their needs
- Educate guests on cannabis products and consumption methods
- Create an exceptional customer experience from check-in through checkout
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Assist with merchandising inventory and store organization
- Follow all state regulations and compliance requirements
Required:
- 21 years old
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Retail hospitality or sales experience
- Cannabis knowledge or dispensary experience
- Point-of-sale experience
