Job Summary:
Renewal by Andersen is seeking a driven Events & Retail Supervisor to lead our high-performing marketing team. Our Events & Retail Team plays a critical role in generating leads at retail locations trade shows and community events. As a Team Supervisor you will be responsible for training coaching and motivating your team to maximize lead generation efforts while ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead coach and develop a team of Marketing Representatives to maximize lead generation at retail stores events and trade shows
- Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to ensure team members meet and exceed lead generation goals
- Oversee recruiting interviewing and hiring of new team members to maintain strong staffing levels
- Maintain relationships with store owners and event coordinators to secure and expand marketing opportunities
- Ensure all retail locations and events are properly stocked with necessary marketing materials and supplies
- Partner with the Retail/Events Marketing Manager to align strategies and optimize team performance
Qualification and Skill requirements:
- Previous experience in marketing promotions or event-based lead generation
- Strong leadership and coaching skills Ability to train and motivate a team
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office tools
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
