From assisting with therapeutic exercises to encouraging self-care and personal growth every moment you spend with a resident is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What Youll Do
As part of our compassionate care team you will:

• Empower residents through personalized restorative programs that support physical emotional and social well being

• Encourage independence through mobility training grooming dressing and daily living skills

• Assist with range of motion exercises positioning transfers and adaptive techniques

• Build meaningful connections while promoting dignity respect and self worth

• Observe document and communicate changes to ensure the highest quality of care

• Partner with nurses and leadership to create a safe supportive and uplifting environment

What Were Looking For

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant CNA license

• CPR and First Aid certification

• At least one year of experience in long term care

• A compassionate spirit and genuine desire to serve others

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
