• 6 months of restoration experience
• Strong communication and problemsolving skills
• Professionalism dependability and a valid drivers license
• IICRC certifications (preferred)

• Support Daily Operations: Work alongside restoration technicians set project expectations and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards
• Work Directly with Customers: Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job
• Keep Projects on Track: Document job progress help manage labor and support scheduling and budgeting needs
• Promote a Safe Work Environment: Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place
• Respond When Needed: Participate in the oncall rotation including helping with local and outoftown storm work when required
• Help Build Team Skills: Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow
