Restoration Operator Olive Branch

Responsibilities

• Assist with water fire and damage cleanup and restoration projects
  
• Remove damaged materials debris flooring drywall and other affected items as needed
  
• Set up operate and monitor restoration and drying equipment
  
• Clean and sanitize affected areas
  
• Move furniture equipment and materials at job sites
  
• Load and unload tools and supplies
  
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
• Communicate professionally with supervisors team members and customers
  
• Perform other duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• Must be dependable and possess a strong work ethic
  
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
  
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  
• Comfortable working in a variety of environments including residential and commercial properties
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
  
• Willingness to comply with all required safety procedures
  
• Previous experience in restoration construction demolition maintenance or general labor is preferred but not required
