• Lead restoration technicians on residential and commercial restoration projects
• Perform water mitigation fire and smoke cleanup mold remediation biohazard cleanup and storm damage restoration services
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding project progress and expectations
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers dehumidifiers air scrubbers and specialty equipment
• Perform demolition and mitigation activities as needed
• Complete moisture readings documentation and daily job notes
• Take required job photos and maintain accurate project records
• Ensure job sites remain clean safe and professional
• Train and mentor restoration technicians
• Assist Project Managers with project coordination and communication
• Follow all SERVPRO production guidelines and safety procedures
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to emergency losses as needed

• Previous restoration construction mitigation or leadership experience preferred
• Experience leading or supervising employees preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
• Valid drivers license and insurable driving record required
• Ability to successfully pass a background check

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand walk bend kneel climb and work in confined spaces
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
• Ability to operate restoration equipment and hand tools safely
• Ability to wear required PPE including respirators when necessary

• Full-time position supporting restoration projects throughout Racine County and surrounding areas
• Typical schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Rotating on-call responsibilities for after-hours emergency response
• Residential commercial and industrial job site environments
• Fast-paced team environment with opportunities for advancement
