Restoration Crew

Job Responsibilities

• Tear-out of drywall and baseboards
• Water removal using shop vac equipment
• Moving and protecting homeowners belongings
• Assisting with property inspections alongside management
• Demolition of kitchens and bathrooms (including cabinets)
• Installation of kitchen and bathroom cabinets
• Carpet removal and installation
• General reconstruction work including painting flooring and basic carpentry

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Reporting to the office on day one 6600 Dixie Highway Fairfield Ohio 45014
• Typical hours are 8:00 AM 5:00 PM with some variation based on job needs
• Work may take place at the warehouse or at residential job sites
• Goal is to complete jobs within the same day when possible
• Must be available for emergency calls and every other weekend

Additional Information:

• Employees will be eligible for a company vehicle upon permanent hire
