• Take over every open rebuild: scope schedule budget and the customer relationship.
• Write and defend estimates and turn approved scopes into signed work orders.
• Hire schedule and hold subcontractors to the timeline and the standard of work.
• Keep every job file current: photos change orders approvals and notes the same day.
• Walk customers and adjusters through the job settle punch lists and close out clean.
• Own the numbers: margin cycle time and collections on your projects.

• At least three years of construction experience.
• Steady work history: no more than two jobs in the last five years.
• Experience running projects and the people on them: crews subcontractors schedules.
• Clear professional communication with customers adjusters and trades.
• Comfort with budgets estimates and job costing.

• Insurance restoration or reconstruction experience
• Xactimate
• Sales or estimating experience with customers
